At Top Rated Designs, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window to return or exchange any item that doesn't perfectly fit your space. All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup to begin the transit process back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
